Meet Our Team

Ivana Grzetic VlahovIvana

The founder of Adria Adventure, was born and raised in Dubrovnik in a “crazy about the sea” family of scuba divers and sea kayakers. She is a graduate of ACMT (American College of Management and Technology) in Dubrovnik. As Miss Universe Croatia 1998 and a fashion model, Ivana traveled all over the World, including Hawaii, California, Hong Kong, China, South Korea and Europe. Now she is  sharing her knowledge and love of the Dubrovnik region and the sea with the international visitors. Ivana is in charge of our office and a licensed guide for the city of Dubrovnik

Martina Grzetic

Martina was born in Rijeka. Since she was little she was very passionate about winter sports. Skiing is her specialty and noways she is the instructor during the winter months. Martina has a very long experience in tourism industry, among many interesting jobs in hotels and travel agencies in Croatia  she also  worked for Carnival Cruise and she traveled the World. Martina is in charge of our office operations and she ensures that our tours run smoothly.

Ivan Glavic

Ivan was born in Dubrovnik and he lives on the island of Sipan. With him you really travel like a local since he knows every rock of this beautiful island. Our guests love his stories:-). Ivan started kayaking as at very young age and  he guides the tours with passion and joy. Eskimo rolls are his specialty. When he practices this skill you will always find a group of tourists and locals taking pictures and filming – Ivan once did more than 20 Eskimo rolls at once! He has been a member of Adria Advenute team since 2010.

Pavle Pavisic

Pavle was born in Kostajnica, north of Croatia. Flat water kayaking is his specialty and he sussesfully competed at many national and international junior competitions. Later, he fell in love with sea kayaking and he is guiding the tours with passion and joy. Pavle is studing electrotechnics in Zagreb. He is a very good singer and guitar player. After long days at the sea he relaxes playing the guitar on his balcony on Lopud.

Josip Kumburic

Josip (Joseph) graduated from the University for Kinesiology (physical education, specializing in tennis). Sometimes you will see him on a 45 minute run and lifting session before a full day on the sea. Kayaking is now his sport and his passion. Josip is also a great chef and a very passionate fisherman. He knows a lot about local cultures and traditions and he is always happy to share his knowledge with his guests.
